- The customer portal is designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- The browser must be set up � for example, you must turn on Compatibility View in IE10 or IE11. Read this guide on how to set up the browser.
- When logging in, it may be an advantage to select "This is a private computer" to avoid being logged off automatically after 10 minutes.
- We recommend you to close all browser windows when you have finished working on the customer portal, as this will log you off.
